About me
In 2016 Tog Chöd crossed my path. It was an event that changed my life in many ways. With the first movement of the sword I felt the power of Tog Chöd.
For me it is the perfect way to empty my head, feed my soul and handle stress. It helps me to cope with the challenges in daily life. Because this method is so powerful I really enjoy to help to spread this precious method further into the world.
In February 2018 I received my Tog Chöd Teacher certificate and in 2019 I became a certified Tog Chöd Educator.

My Courses
Tog Chöd lessons:
- Tog Chöd part 1 and 2: Every two weeks on Saturday 15.30-17.00h. Place: Houthalen-Helchteren (Belgium).
- Tog Chöd part 2 and 3: Every two weeks on Sunday, 19.30-21.00h Place: Houthalen-Helchteren (Belgium)
- Tog Chöd coaching (individual): on request
- Tog Chöd workshops (for groups): on request
