Rigpa

Emptiness

This practice is without techniques, without concepts and without meditation. Leave everything and look. It is the same with water—when it does not move it naturally becomes clear. In the same way, when you leave everything alone and simply look, you will start to recognize the nature of your mind. We say, “Know one, realize all.” If you clearly see your mind, then you know everything. This is ultimate Buddhism. This subject has various names. Each of the Tibetan lineages uses a different name.
Rigpa is the last part. But if you want to reach this last part, generally you need to go through each of the previous steps. All the techniques build upon each other step by step.
