A special combination of body movements, breathing exercises and visualizations enable us, to produce an inner fire which burns the blockages of karmic imprints. That way we open more and more. Our heart, our energy, our love, all becomes endless. Thus can we realize our own innate wisdom.
The manifestation of the wisdom fire changes the body and mind completely. That's why Tummo is an intensive and fast way to practice compassion and love.

This special technique uses our breath, physical positions and mental visualizations to transform our normal desire, or changeable bliss, into unchangeable bliss -the wisdom eye. To accomplish this, we practice with love, happiness or compassion. Usually we only have a small amount of changeable bliss. Therefore, we need help to increase this amount. The desire bliss serves as a guide for attaining the great bliss. This great bliss is transformative at the core of our body and enables us to realize our Buddha nature.

Long Zin is a meditation practice by which we hold the Wind. Referring to the various form of Wind we are dealing within our body. On the coarsest level this is the breathing, while on finer levels it is about the subtle vibrations forming the vehicle for our mind. By controlling our breathing, we also learn to influence the subtler levels. Long Zin makes that we consciously move our body energy. Because of this, it is not only a meditation extremely suitable for strengthening our mental capacities, but also healing for the body. This teaching offers the instruments to further train yourself in this powerful technique of meditation. During single-pointed meditation, all thoughts melt into one. As a result, the mind becomes silent and calm. Once we are able to do this, we can move on to analytical meditation. An analytical mind can see reality as it is. In this stage, we are able to move away from the delusional mind and we discover that the "I" does not exist independently. Since we are completely interdependent and therefore a participant in every situation, there is no reason to develop negative emotions. When we realize that there is no independent "I," we cut the root from samsara and we cease creating new karma. Single-pointed meditation and analytical meditation are methods for developing mindfulness in the present moment. Most of the mistakes we make are due to a lack of awareness in the present moment. Therefore, by becoming more mindful, we create fewer problems and bring more peace and happiness into our lives.
